You will be asked whether you want to RUN or SAVE the file
that is being downloaded. You can say either.
The file will download, and you will be asked where you
want to store the file. You can just leave the
information and hit save. If you leave it as it is, the
file will be saved on the "C" drive of your computer under
the file name:
C:/Overcoming Anxiety
If you are using Windows, you can use the
"Explore" function to look at your hard drive and find the
downloaded file.
When you find the file, just click on the
file image and it will be added to your ITunes if you are
using this service on your computer. Otherwise, it will
open in the media player that is set for your computer.
You can also upload this file to you MP3
player or your IPod and enjoy!
