Dear
children, do not let anyone
lead you astray. (1 John 3:7)
As
obedient children, do not
conform to the evil desires
you had when you lived in
ignorance. (1 Peter 1:14)
But
just as he who called you is
holy, so be holy in all you
do; for it is written:
"Be holy, because I am
holy." (1 Peter 1:15-16)
Test
everything. Hold on to the
good. Avoid every kind of
evil. (1 Thessalonians

from evil and do good; then
you will dwell in the land
forever. (Psalm 37:27)

friend, do not imitate what is
evil but what is good. Anyone
who does what is good is from

evil has not seen God.

Woe
to those who call evil good
and good evil, who put
darkness for light and light

bitter. (Isaiah 5:20)

"Maintain justice and do
what is right, for my
salvation is close at hand and
my righteousness will soon be
revealed." (Isaiah 56:1)
Everyone
who does evil hates the light,
and will not come into the
light for fear that his deeds
will be exposed.
(John
3:20)
Your
eye is the lamp of your body.
When your eyes are good, your
whole body also is full of
light. But when they are bad,
your body also is full of
darkness. See to it then, that
the light within you is not
darkness.
(Luke 11:34-35)
Deliver
me, 0 my God, from the hand of
the wicked, from the grasp of
evil and cruel men. (Psalm

is evil, to take part in
wicked deeds with men who are
evildoers; let me not eat of
their delicacies. (Psalm

me from the snares they have
laid for me, from the traps
set by evildoers. (Psalm

what is evil; cling to what is
good. (Romans 12:9)

not be overcome by evil, but
overcome evil with good.
(Romans 12:21)
