I pour out my complaint before him; before him I tell my trouble.  (Psalm 142:2)

Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid. (John 14:27)

In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world. (John 16:33)

For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. (2 Corinthians 4:17)

Shout for joy, 0 heavens; rejoice, 0 earth; burst into song, 0 mountains! For the LORD comforts his people and will have compassion on his afflicted ones. (Isaiah 49:13)

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort. (2 Corinthians 1:3)

Who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God. (2 Corinthians 1:4)
